     How to apply wall coverings?

    The surface must be dry, stable, evenly absorbent, clean, plain, and smooth. Old wallcoverings and soluble paints must be removed

    Cracks and holes should be filled if necessary, and particularly absorbent surfaces should be pre-coated with wallpaper paste.

    Take your first roll and line it up with the left corner of your wall. 

    Begin to peel away the backing and stick the paper to the wall, gently.  We recommend going slowly and peeling away small sections.  Only soft pressure is needed. Let the paper do the work!

    Once you have reached the bottom of your wall use your exact knife or blade to carefully trim excess paper.

    DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

    Yes. We provide  shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

     

    WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

    For some shipping companies, it takes up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

    For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

    Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.

    PRODUCT RETURN INFORMATION

     

     Change your mind about your purchase? Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be in a position to offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

    We do not pay for shipping of items returned due to customer change of mind. Once you have sent back your purchased product and Luxury and Stylish has received it in it's original condition we will fully reimburse you within 2 working days.

    EXCHANGES AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@luxuryandstylish.com along with your detailed photos of the defective or damaged product. We will ship out a new product at our expense.  

     

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS  

    Refunds are internally processed within two working days after receipt of the returned product. If you haven’t received your refund, firstly check your bank account.

    Secondly, please contact your credit card company, it may take up to one week until the funds are re-credited into your account.
