HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US Warehouse ,Turkey Warehouse or China Warehouse are shipped through USPS & EMS.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE”
For some shipping companies, it takes up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated.
HOW DO I CONTACT YOU WITH QUESTIONS NOT ADDRESSED ABOVE?

PRODUCT RETURN INFORMATION
Change your mind about your purchase? Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be in a position to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
We do not pay for shipping of items returned due to customer change of mind. Once you have sent back your purchased product and Luxury and Stylish has received it in it's original condition we will fully reimburse you within 2 working days.

EXCHANGES AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your detailed photos of the defective or damaged product. We will ship out a new product at our expense.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds are internally processed within two working days after receipt of the returned product. If you haven’t received your refund, firstly check your bank account.
Secondly, please contact your credit card company, it may take up to one week until the funds are re-credited into your account.
Lastly, please contact your bank. As mentioned above there is often a processing period of several business days before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
